Reviving this thread to get help with spring selection for my 80.
Right now, I have OME 860X in the back and 850J in the front. Riding on 35” tires. With a light weight TG rear bumper, steel front bumper, sliders and a home made drawer unit, it sat good.
I am adding an exo cage that includes a roof rack that ties to the sliders and replacing the TG rear bumper for a proper bumper with dual swing outs including tire carrier and the whole thing tied into the exo cage as well. And also looking to go up to 37s.
For the front, 850J are specified as heavy with 2.5-3” lift. For the rear, do I go with 2863J or 2864J? Worried 2864 will help an overkill or make the ride too stiff?
