Newbie here, been cruising the site lusting after a 100 for a few months, anyone see any red flags on this one? Seems like a good price for the mods and miles. Only thing that seems odd is the WA plates while the seller claims CO and AZ but it's hard to tell much with no undercarriage and limited interior pics.

Also have my eye on this:

It is more money for higher miles but is closer to home and a more advanced build, but both are built beyond my needs.
