Let's start thinking of food ideas for the dinner.

Heather had an idea of 12 days of crockpots and everybody bringing something that could be cooked in a crockpot while we're out wheelin'. Then we could come back to the farm, and everything would be ready...

Regardless, let's sign up to make sure we're not all bringing chili...

I have a crockpot on 33s with a meatball inside haha i need a life

HOLY SH#T!!! I just checked my work schedule and I have the 30th-3rd off!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like a plan!
We are good to go on plugging in all the crockpots we bring! Lydia wants to bring Brunswick stew or chicken stew,
I will bring a couple coolers of ice for drinks and have tons of firewood. After the Saturday dinner is planned, let's work on Sunday breakfast.

I can do shrimp too...... i will also do some deer chili.

Ok so I'm definitely in! Add me, Tank, and my better half to the list Al. Ill either have stock tires, or 305's. But either way ill have lockers for the first time of my life. Now, what do you guys need us to bring??

If you teach me how, I'll cook 'em.

Shall I bring a veggie item or do we want to stick to meaty substances?

Ill cook and eat! id bring some but you live in a more ideal location. I'll pay for anything you bring, meatball...

So are we sleeping at the Monk's barn? what's the sleeping situation there? never been, unfortunately

Yes, at the barn. Typical primitive camping setup. Tent / parking area and an outhouse. Running water, but it's only cold :D

That's why you bring your woman and your dog... I'm in the middle. Might even pull a jonny and sleep in my 80

Sleeping in the truck helps keep the heat in and makes breaking down camp super easy:hillbilly:

I'll bring the shrimp and grits for breakfast (for all), I'll also bring the rotel and chips for Sat night

I'm insulted! Primitive? There is electricity, HOT & cold running water, kitchen sink, stove/oven, 5 burner jen aire cooktop, 18 cubic foot frost free refrigerator, multiple gas and electrical outlets, 3 woodstoves, flood lights, street light, picnic tables, fire ring, carpeted sleeping lofts, 2 enclosed sleeping rooms, and an outhouse that's not much different than the 2 at group camp! Only ours has a light! Jeesh! Primitive! Ha!

You Sir are now in charge of keeping the Horton House stocked with TP!

I will bring oysters just need a head count of who will eat them. I dont want to get a bushel and have 3 people eating them.
Johnny good job insulting the oldman. He sure is getting crotchedy at his old age. I like the 4 seasons monk barn it has a bathroom so im good with that.

Not sure if Jon's coming and bringing the fancy oyster steamer or not, but I've got a stockpot and strainer that will work fine with the ONSC pig cooker...
