I'm still explaining things to a certain 13yo girl...

Sometimes I do feel bad about that.....

This years event will be promoted as "not family friendly after 5pm"

believe me, she learns worse from her friends...teaching her a 'filter' is the challenge now...

one of a million reasons I don't have children of my own...

I think you passed R before breakfast. Campfire is completely into the NR version.

You looked a little shell shocked that first night that we met you at SMORR! We had some discussion the following morning about whether we might see you again. It could be like stumbling onto the boys from Lord of the Flies for the uninitiated. I think my years in the Navy made the transition easier.

We do try to clean it up around children though we are far from perfect with occasional slippage :D We will try. Hope to see ya!

Clint

The reason I was late was I spent a little time that morning on the internet looking at FBI wanted posters for escaped criminals with sodomy records and the pedifile registration list. ALas I couldnt find any pic of you all with reward numbers attached.

Couldn't find our pics? Or couldn't find them with rewards attached?

At least 5 to 25 of us ought to be on the list.

No rewards attached. Plenty of look-a-likes

If anyone Knows of a passenger side wing window frame for a 2nd gen p/u let me know. The glass I'm getting is glass only no frame.

:censor::censor::censor::censor::censor::censor: computer has kicked me off 3:censor: times since 3am,:censor::censor:, and is the only time we can seem to get anything fast than a 9k speed since the children have been out of school.

I must now check to see if I have been disconnected before hitting the submit button so I don't have to type all of this again.

Edit: Never mind....the wife found what she needed much closer to home and doesn't need to go to Indy.

I have an idea to help Bill's window situation, at least to speed it up so he is not waiting on me Saturday. My wife is probably going to Indy tomorrow (wed.). She could bring Bill's glass with her to drop it off to one of you guys that is leaving for Bill's on Friday. That way Bill has the glass earlier to do the conversion.
Clint, are you still working in Carmel that she could drop it off to you?

Speaking of glass, hopefully Bill doesn't volunteer to cut anybody's grass between now and the tour

Hmmm. I will look see on that window frame.

Aside from nearly losing an axle on I69 @ 70 mph & possibly killing me & the commander.
I'm ready to go. Oh yeah. Gotta fix that little issue first

Glass problem is temporarily fixed until I find the frame work for the vent window. I picked up a pair of manual regulators for cheap along with the lighted cargo switch I needed for the in cab winch controls a couple weeks ago. All ready having the drivers side from the door I got from Tony, I cut and welded the manual crank from the spare to the power winder regulator and now have a manual one piece window that functions well. It puts the window crank in the wrong spot to put the door panel back on though.

Thanks for the thought but no hurry on window parts now.

Oh yeah, :censor: the grass, I don't even want to walk on it just for spite.

So, you don't need to wait on me on Saturday? Or are you still doing the conversion on Saturday with the glass i have?

Kinda hope next weeks weather report for farmington and salem is BS...... :crybaby:

Other wise im going to punch a baby!

I would still like to get the parts from you just to get them out of your way. I just didn't want you to go out of your way for a hand off of parts to get them here earlier. If some one comes up with the frame for the wing I would still put it in before we left.

When I talked to Mark we set up his meet time to corrispond with yours so I won't be leaving here until 2 or 3pm regardless. If we leave at that time it should put us and the Windy City guys at the park within an hour or so of each other if they're leaving at 10am.

Hey John wouldn't you rather "Kick the baby!"..." No, don't kick the baby! "
We've been having a bunch of short storms like what the are predicting but the temps are supposed to be waaaaay better than last year.

Billiam, here is what you are getting:
