Idk driving home and I slowed down bc of a car then I saw white out the tail pipe. So I pulled over and white just poooooored out and it was sweet so yea…… still no over heat or nothing :(

I believe that the temp sensor wont work when its not immersed in coolant
 
Well my step dad who helps me Do all my mechanic stuff just came down with the flu he's going to be knock out for longtime cause he has a bad immune system and now I'm Really screwed i have really got to get this truck back running guys

I can't during the week anymore and this weekend I'm gonna be out of town. Soonest I'd be able to get up there and tear into it would be the 12th of may.

You have the fsm? If you do, you've got the instructions to get started on the teardown at least. Follow the instructions and take lots of pictures as you go. Don't rush, focus on doing the job right.

Unfortunately, I'm in the same boat. I'm tied up until then. From experience, it will take that long to get it apart and get the head to a reputable machine shop that will do everything necessary. Make sure that you get them to clean it, magnaflux it, deck it, check the valve seats, grind the valves, etc. If it can't be squared away, you're going to have to make a decision on what to do, but cross that bridge when you get there. As Johnny said, follow the fsm, take pics, notes, and label things. Ask questions and people will help. If my schedule changes and I can help, I will, but I'm slammed for about two weeks.

yea i would like to get it apart so i can send ever thing off injectors and all

You said the entire thing, but are you just talking head or entire engine ? You just did this so what are you going to do different this time ? Tell us what you are going to do. Did you take pics last time besides the gasket ? I am talking down the cylinders . Did you ake a square to the top of the block also last time ? If not need to. Something caused this and it is not the injectors fault.
 
It would be wise to do a leakdown test first to see where and what the problem really is.
A gasket wont cure a warped or cracked head

No head sorry. Try to get more help. A few none down the cylinders. No square to the block. Pic form last time
