Damaged arb bumper straight from ups

Sorry about that, I know how you feel with damaged parts before you even get it on the truck... Have to agree with others that it should never have shipped UPS... Mine came from @sleeoffroad and was in a carton, crated and shipped truck freight. Yes I paid more, but it was 100% when it arrived.

Was lucky there was anything in the box. Agree the blame lies on both ends ... Original crating/packaging and delivery personnel.

Aoe came freight transit and I had to meet the truck driver in the hwy median/turn lane but they failed miserably in the source end packing category. Alex and crew should take note as I'm not the only one to receive a bumper in this condition. Luckily it was raw steel or would have met same fate as yours

I also called magnaflow to suggest they try a bit harder to preserve their product. I've read a couple folks here that received their y pipes with a tweaked flange. It's easy to see how. There is zero protection inside the box and that's if its even closed. A couple pieces of dense foam around at least the flange would be nice. Here's how mine arrived via ups. Funny how the driver didnt ring the bell for this one but put it on porch and ran I imagine
