Undercarriage is cleaned, primed and painted.

Interior is starting to be reinstalled.

New Donor Engine, Transmission and T-Case are reinstalled.

Engine wiring harness, Transmission Shifter Linkage, Clutch cable, Speedo Cable, Gas Pedal Cable are all reinstalled. Even the floormat is put in.

My original plan was to install the dump feature on one of my other rigs. I found out when I pulled the bed on one and lifted this bed that the actual frames are different. The cab is welded to the frame so resurrecting this was the only option I had.

Wiring harness is installed all the way to the tail lights.

Windshield and rear glass is in.

Rear View Mirror is mounted and the Dome Light is wired in.

Removed front brush gaurd.

Sanded and cleaned.

The fins on the core of the Original Radiator was a were a bit crispy.

I swapped the side mounts onto a good radiator.


Radiator is installed.

Holy crap! I'm not sure anything is as bad as that interior looks (looked)! Lol

Too bad those can't be registered for the road in Cali. Would love to have one for around town here.

As far as airing down. This one will be wearing 23" Swampers when it hits the ground. Isn't that a stock size for a Suzuki? LOL

I found another one to use as parts to finish this one. It is a 2wd with a dump bed but no scissor lift.

I'm hoping to have this 100% done by the end of the holiday season.
