Hey you gurus out there
I have an older 14b and I want to put early 2000s dodge D60 hubs on it. I plane to make brackets for the drum inside rotor set up.
Are the compatible?
Thanks Dave

What do you mean "compatible"? What style of "older" 14b do you have, SRW, DRW, C&C?

As far as I know, the D60 and 14b axles use the same hub bearings, so it'll work from that standpoint. Hub seal location against the spindle and offset I do not know.

Do the spindls match

In guess what I am asking are the spindles the same?
The D60 doge is a rear end no knuckle.
Thanks so far

What part of the spindles are you referring to? The bearings are the same, so the spindles HAVE to be the same at least up until the hub seal. I'd wager a bet that the ID of the hub seal on the D60 rear hub is the same as the ID of the hub seal on the 14b hub.

This is helpful

Thanks for the help .
I am going to pull down the hub and axle from then D60 and try it on the 14b. I will post results.
i think if I use the D60 hubs I will have a better chance with getting the brakes to line up with the 14b flange since the D60 is a rotor hub.
