i have a ‘65 40 that I am painting. I did the bezel in the shell ivory formula found on mud. It looks good against the spring green, but I’m not sure I have seen a pic of a roof that wasn’t “white”. The color on the bezel has a yellow or cream hue to it. Does the top match this or were they “more white”?
It’s a ‘65 with corrugated top, want it to look “like it is supposed to”.

Thanks in advance,

If I remember correctly when I did my 65 FJ45, I used Cygnus white for the top and bezel. The first spray out was way too yellow/cream... After a little research I found that there is two different formulas for Cygnus White. The second one was a perfect match for the original. I used PPG single stage concept.

Hope this Helps

Some research I have been doing. If I could find a reference to Land Cruiser, I labeled it LAN. I have one reference only that says Lilly White is a roof color but there are two Lilly whites.
