why not just go for the safari one?nice snug fit and works a treat, they fit neat to the pillar,no sticking out to get hooked up,just my 2 cents worth

i seem to remember an outrageous price tag attached to them($500?)
is this right?

Not to argue...but..it's going on a 40, not exactly a streamlined truck...how far it sticks out is neglible, I do get some branches caught between it and the windshield frame, if I'm in heavy cover, but I need the gap so the windshield can fold down....now with the windshiled folded down...I think my stainless snorkle will last longer than the ARB...wait...I just looked at the ARB mount..you can't fold down your windshield??
$400 aus is around $286 US...I could never get one here for under $400....

Unless i'm wrong? it bolts to the Upper hinge??

we dont lay our windscreens down here, mine is a hard top and always be so it is no drama, personally i like both but just my own personal taste lies with the safari job

I just wheeled for 12 hours through some nice jungle patches, my SS mandrel bent snorkel took some licks from the overgrowth but was rock solid and a little rattle can black the next day and she's good as new. Following Zekster's advice bolting it to the bottom of the hinge is key if you want to preserve the ability to drop the windshield.
