Custom roof rack - HZJ77

Thought folks might be interested in this new rack I had built.
Cruiser jewellery
I decided on a flat rack, and can easily have a basket welded on top later.
1" clearance when the sun roof is up.

Details:
6061 structural aluminum
Total weight 30#
Strength = I can stand on any bar
Gutter brackets are 1/8" 316 stainless
Builder: Derek Bishop
Price $750 cdn

Here are some pics of the gutter clamps.
The towers are 1/4" Alum and the clamps are 1/8" 316 stainless with stainless bolts welded onto the flanges. He made them.

I really dig your rack.

I have to modify the one on my 77s roof.
I have a slightly different clamping style that I will post up after its done sometime this summer.

Crushers and slowandsteady bj also have nice rack systems they have built.

Good to see that there are more 77 owners around.
