Boooooo ......

You're killing me Sam . My supplier finally sent me the right swivel adjustable feet for the fiberglass top racks. I hope to have that out in the next two weeks.

Still hoping for a 70 donor in the near future. Need to look at sliders, front bumper (PTO and Non for @cruiserdan and a few others)

Started the 80 rear bumper. basic shape is there, now to trim and clip the ends and get this bad boy done.

Yes, the OE resonator can stay in place with this unit as well.

Should look like something tomorrow. ;)

WOOHOO!!!!

Both front and rear 80 bumpers will use the OEM capture nuts in the frame. I know some of these could be stripped or missing. So, ALL 80 bumpers will be shipped with new 10.9- M12 bolts and nuts along with a M12 x 1.25 tap to chase or clean out the capture nuts.

You will be covered on the hardware side.

Hell to the yeah!!!

Wish the 70 bumper had a removable setup like that .... But I do still love it ....

Just a small comment on the swing out. The spindle shaft will it be strong enough just welded to the bottom. Just used to seeing the spindle shaft drilled through both sides and welded top and bottom.
Must say wish I was in the USA to order from you.

Spindle to the arm? If this is your question: the spindle is all the way through one side of the arm, bottomed out to the inside of the rect tube and then completely welded to the inside of the rectangle tube.

Edit: here is the basic concept.

Great did not see the burn marks where it was welded to the top when bottomed out.
Great work as always.
Love watching your fab work hope you don't mind the comments.

Most excellent! This is exactly what I was hoping for!

Thanks,

Not at all on comments. I miss things from time to time, but usually pretty thorough.

When the inset sleeve is back welded, sleeve brace and frame to wing stiffner is all finished... I will be able to pick the back end of the rig off the ground from an open arm position.
