Custom Bumpers for FJ60 (1 Viewer)

I was wondering if anybody would be willing to share advice and pics related to fabricatin a custom front and/or rear bumper for the FJ60. These awesome bumpers that SOR and others offer are just too expensive for me to afford. I was thinking about just slapping a piece of thick channel iron across the front.

theferg has a write up on the one he built for his rear it is on his website not sure of the address but i am sure he would be glad to share it with ya
