this 96 black lc with roll cage, centerlines, on 37s and supercharged...looks familiar from pics ive seen from back in the day. saddletramp, you recognise this one?

the sliders make the determination easier. I remember drooling over this truck when I first joined the CSC. Snorkel is different.

Curious why you think this is a 70-72? I have a trailer make from a SWB pickup that looks just like this in the back. From my research those rail lights would be 72-75.

Not much of a reason, just a guess. We had an old Datsun when I was a kid with the same type of tail gate latches. Not the best comparison I know but all I have to go on personally without the Google-fu. Not very scientific, which is why I put ??
 
I think the tail lights were chrome trimmed until about 77/78 then black for a couple years and gone by about 80. I’d guess 78-79 unless the owner blacked them out themselves. My grandfather always drove these when I was a kid. I remember him buying a new Toyota in the late 70’s and brought it straight home from the dealer and cut out the catalytic converter. Dude was old school for real.
