Believe west of SR89A is considered west Mogollon Rim. I can tell you the end of the 300 road that ends at SR87 is not paved. Think the side off of SR260 that's paved. Haven't been at that end for a long time. Remember a few miles were paved. Could be paved to the turn off to Woods Canyon Lake now.
Thank you. Sad to see them pave the road. I just looked it up on OnX and a motorcycle rider said the road is paved now.

Would a stock 5th Gen 4Runner be okay on the west side of the Rim Road?

Back in the 1970s I used to run that whole area with a stock 68 FJ40 with a column shift three speed and no traction aid in the diffs. It's more pine forest than anything. Just be sure to download the Coconino National Forest travel before going. I have a 1970 map of forest and most areas that are that map are now closed. 2019 I explored that area during the Casner Mountain run weekend. I ended up back tracking because forest service roads I use to travel are now closed. One small area is now posted State Trust Land.

Hey all, we have a graduation party (GCU) that we are providing food for next week, near the 51/Camelback. We are coming down from Flagstaff , so we are looking for some good Mexican food that can be catered to that general area. Also open to picking it up if delivery is not an option. Any recommendations for a restaurant from the CSC family?

I’ve heard Dick’s Hideaway… anything else?

Thanks!

Check out Comedor Guadalajara, located just south of downtown PHX on central. Family run, some great Mexican food and they are accustomed to catering. Be advised they are closed on Mon and Tuesdays.

Tacos Chiwas is really good, I'm not sure if they do catering but worth a call.

Lots of options though all over. Good luck!

Any Ashley fans here? Local gal I discovered via 94.1 KRDE couple years ago that can sing.
