If I use the CS005RA lift will I need to do any modification to brake lines or any thing else on my fj62.Thanks

I would reach out to Cruiser Outfitters and ask that question. Many people run stock lines on lifted trucks without issue.
 
CS005RA is just a rear spring part number.

You should add caster shims, longer brake hoses, and extended sway bar links since you are changing the original geometery of the vehicle

The R means rear. There are A and B versions which are slightly different heights for adjusting lean. It’s typically recommended to get an A and a B set and see how the truck sits.
