Looks like a good time! Wish I could have gone!!
I had a blast at this event.
It was great to hang with old friends and meet new ones. The Friday Toyota Only run was fun. It was a great intro to TSF and the network of trails there. What can you say about the trails? Its like freakin' Mecca! They have miles of trails from mild to wild, for trials bikes to trucks, and oodles of fun. It had been raining lately, of course, which made many of the trails stoopid slick.
The Saturday Poker Run was also fun. We had to navigate a course around TSF which offered gravel roads, mellow, moderate, and extreme wheeling, along with 5 stations consisting of trivia and challenges. The different challenges ranged from shooting targets from your rig with a paintball gun to testing your RTI on the ramp.
The weather was beautiful, there were plenty of cool rigs, and a fun bunch of folks. Slogged the pig in some mud, lots of steep hill climbs and descents, some tight spots, some rocks. I took mostly bypasses and it was still challenging and interesting.
Unfortunately, my camera battery died early in the trip and I only have a few crappy pics and vids. Thanks for posting all the great pics folks! See everyone next year!
