Anyone up for a little C&C to kick off the new year? Looks like the weather is going to be nice

Location: Central Market parking lot in front of Zingers at 38th/Lamar. It's central and there are plenty of breakfast and coffee options in walking distance (CM/Taco Shack/Coffee Bean/Taco Deli).

Time: Starts @ 9:30am until it gets too hot, come and go as you can.
