Does anyone know if cruiserparts.net is still in business? I've not been able to get a hold of them, and got no response on a couple of email quotes. Been about 2 weeks now. Thanks.

Yeah there a little slow I think the smoke a big zeppelin for lunch

yeah this.
they're a bunch of schmucks and i hate dealing with them, but i still do from time to time. be forewarned they will straight up lie to you on the phone.

You are so right , I am straight forward with them and I tell them if you give me garbage you are getting it back

I have ordered from them before--yes, they can be slow to respond to your call, but I have never had an issue with their parts--by the way--they are one of the few(if not only) parts place that will ship glass--windshield/sides/corners)

I sure didn't know they were so delightful to deal with. LOL. That gives me something to look forward to. I'm needing PTO parts and I'm hoping they have some. Seems not many other people do.

Just go into it with your eyes wide open. Do a search in the chit chat forum for some more insight. I made one purchase from them after they lied to me over the phone. When I got the part and it didn't fit, it was like pulling teeth to get a refund. Even then I didn't get a full refund. I won't be back.

it took 3 phone calls to get an air cleaner. they have next to no idea how to run a biz over there. skip them if you can.

They seem to send garbage lately.. I have had no luck they are just ripping people off now.. IMO

oh man, that's too bad to hear...James and Zak actually just reached out to me to make something right I had forgotten about years ago...I thought the tom foolery was over...maybe they just got slammed for the holidays? I thought they pulled up; I hope they pull up...email Zak or James directly?

New guy running the old classic cruisers shop in a CA might be worth a shot.

John, does "in a CA" mean "in California"? 'Cause Classic cruisers is shown as being in Colorado although with everybody being 'in a net' it doesn't matter all that much.

brian-bad experience here too, some of the parts I recieved came VERY rusty, much worse than pics. They also try and pawn off Chinese carbs calling the OEM.....beware
