Topless 40 spotted in Mauldin Wednesday night.
It was a lifted mustard 40. Maybe on 33 or 31 inch tires. Looked extra clean. Guy driving looked like alex. I was in heavy trafic and couldn't turn around. Must be local though since it was at night and cold. I doubt he would be from out of town.
