So my OME 2.5 inch lift has been installed for three weeks. Heavy's on the front and medium's on the rear. I have a one inch diff in height on the rear and about three quarters inch on the front. Yes the springs are all in the correct positions. I am wondering if it will settle in more after time or not. I am 6'6" and go about 290 so maybe I need to find a fat girl to ride shotgun. Has anyone installed spacers on just one side to level thing out? Form the searching I've done on MUD the cruiser lean is not uncommon but an inch seems like a lot. .....Flame away!!!! :bounce:

I think I remember that on a 4 runner lift I did, someone mentioning that the DS and PS markings on OME springs needed to go in the opposite positions for left hand drive vehicles, being that OME is Aussie, the DS is the Right side. I don't know if OME has changed the markings on springs bound to LHD markets or if it is still something to note while installing.

I assume that is what you meant by "all the springs are in the correct positions"?

You need a bigger truck - I'm 6 ' 0" 180lb - And its a smaller fit than my 60

O its not so bad. The only real issue is my knee hits the overdrive button time to time. Might have to install the landtank seat brackets:)

Well I finally put the LC up on the hoist just to check tor the hopefully last time to figure out why I had the lean towards the driver side. Had a couple of emails with Christo and he mentioned that all the OME lifts that they installed came out level. So this time I took the springs out just so I could measure them and they were both the exact same length. I preparation for this I had ordered a 1" spacer form Man-a Fee. Installed the spacer and my LC now sits where I am happy with it. I am not sure if I was sent a wrong spring or not because I threw away all the packaging after the original installation. Of course this time I snapped a sway bar bolt off just to give me something else to do.......On to the next project!

Glad that worked out. LT's seat extensions take an afternoon to install and have worked out great for the wifey and I. I no longer hit the OD button.
