Cruiser junk yard in Marana?

For years I've been hearing about some guy who has a massive Cruiser junk yard in Marana.
I've driven all over Marana and never seen it.
Everyone I've talked to says the guy is super cool and that it is a great place to source parts.

Tim Hill had sold all his parts off years ago. He still has some random parts and lines on others. Awesome guy. Pm and I'll get you his #. I need to go see him

when I visited quite a few years ago, he was reported to be in full swing, but it wasn't massive by any scale: maybe a 1 acre lot, likely less; he showed me the one rig he was working on for a customer - and his parts were neatly organized on shelves in a shed and under an additional canopy; there were also one or two 40 series parts cruisers parked around . . .

even then (IIRC, it was 2006 or 2007ish), he mentioned that he was getting out of cruisers

what parts exactly do you need ?

Cool, thanks for the intel.
I'm looking for a cruise control actuator for a 97, and a running 3FE that isn't too tired.
I was debating putting an LS into our 62 (seized motor) but am leaning towards keeping it stock.

Tim was more into the early 40 series stuff. Serious doubt he would have anything for a 97. A running 3FE might be a stretch.
