cruiser ID please...

when i was back in asia i saw a land cruiser that has same length as a BJ45 but has 4 doors plus the back ambulance doors(not too sure about the ambulance doors just had a quick glimps). does anyone know what is it called? i tried searching in google for BJ45 4 door but nothing comes up...

If this is the one you want I belive they imoprted some to the states in the 60's...not many...it doesn't have the ambulance doors though...

Just burn a 4-door jeep and put it in the place of the Cruiser...no one will ever notice...then we could have some fun...

Very possible it had the ambulance doors. The 55, 60, and 80 series in other markets had the option for ambi doors. Just not here in the states.

One of the guys at Metal tech has two of them! From what I have heard the roof is made of sevral different panels by hand!

"My yard" really equates to "My father in laws land where I live"

he would seriously murderize me if I touched his nostalgia machine, even though it's basically decomposing under the pretense that he will some day rebuild it (along with 30 other cars that are just laying around )

Yeah I know what you mean...a friend of mine had a '62 soft top 40 one time...did nothing to it...nothing I could do to change his mind...neat truck...hard to find front doors...had an opening like the old willys.

That is very cool...Don't know if they made one for sure..didn't think so...not like this anyway..(W/ indentions in body) but in the picture it does say "concept" Cool picture.
