I use something similar to this, just use a few metric bolt to hold it in place and brace against the frame

I used two bolts in the pulley and a chain running from each bolt to it's respective frame rail. Worked great, and if you already have a few short lengths of chain it's free and quick/easy.

Just remember to remove it once you are done! There was a thread a while ago where someone forgot to do that and ended up seriously botching his flywheel and a bunch of other stuff.

That said, this method works really well.
