My nephew earned his Free Fall Jump Wings at the Air Force Academy this week.
It's the only course that allows jumpers to make a solo free-fall for the first jump.
Weather was terrible this week but it cleared up yesterday and he got his 5 jumps in.
He made perfect landings and graded out among the highest in his class. He is hoping to compete for the Wings of Blue demonstration team next summer. He loved it. Way to go Turner!

He gets to try out for the demo team August 2
He's got to get a grade waver. Cut off is 2.6 he's not quite there but his overall class ranking to include everything is top 10% so he's hoping for an exception.
Hard to go from Canton Academy and smoke the grades in Engineering at the Academy.
