HELL YEA!

We did one of those (a bit smaller) a couple years ago. No seasoning, no marinade, no sauce...it's amazing how much natural flavor is in a freshly killed pig cooked on a rotisserie over an open flame.

We generally started about midnight and it was ready for lunch the next day. Bigger critter though.

(Subliminal content: pig roast and fall camp out at Tilda Bogue = awesome idea)
 
My 60 is officially an antique now. Still titled with the original owner, too.
