Better get a portable AC :)

I spent 3 years "overlanding" in a Humvee at FT Polk....im acclimated!!

Who knows I may get a hotel and run day trips....just depends.

(you know you want to come up ;) )

Rgetting paid to do it in someone else's rig is one thing. Doing it for "fun" is quite another.

In August I am gonna be up north hopefully for the whole miserable month. Im either doing the UP or a northern plains CO trip. If my plans fail once again you can attend my funeral or visit me in the funny farm cuz I am tired of this $hit.

Id have to redo it all. Plus after about 20 reroutes google gets really confused and wont allow further edits.

WTF did I input all that then?

It is right....if your turn by turn are right ;)
Yeah, Google sucks for creating share-able routes. It didn't use to be that way, but Google earth/maps is sucky for that particular task.

Putting together a club ride June 4th in Talladega National Forest.
Hitting the FS 600-1 and 600-2, will likely camp Saturday night somewhere along there if anyone is interested.

We full due to campsite size. Had
a few contact and we are working to firm up the maybes.

It's all about the size if the campsites. Dave and Andy planned around a group of 8 is the only reason we gotta keep the numbers down.

Shamelessly stolen off the interwebs and customized...

Tongue in cheek of course.

We will stage from Lake Catherine State Park SW of Hot Springs.

Bomar has 2 RV spots on the lake reserved.

Plan your own food. Group is too big and trip is too short to deal with dividing out meals and stuff.

PMC will have Skottles for use if you want.

BFast and Dinner will be in camp. Lunch in the trail as we go.

We will pass 900 gas stations so there is no need to pack like you are going to the Serengetti bit kindly be fueled up and ready to peel out at 8 am Friday morning.

John picked up a Foxwing that he found for me. Maybe we can get it installed?
