I've seen lots of people wanting to go on a trip like we just did and asking when the next trip is.

I'd say find a date you can go. Toss it out there and folks will go.

10 is absolute max I would do on a trip like this. We got very lucky everything worked out like it did got us. Our group moved like one with 8.

Don't wait for someone to set it up. Get gone.

Bad week/month business issues for me as well...

That particular sandbar would hold Tolleson Table for 50.
Let's Geocash it and just meet there. Y'all pick the date.

They don't take AMEX???

To keep Braswell from screwing up our overland thread

Yes get a mosquito net. Have you ever tried to sleep with mosquitoes? I've got one. Have not used it but once.

As for warm weather camping. I think a river and an Eno would make it possible and even enjoyable. Get in water all night. Climb in Eno naked.

If my plan comes together I will have off 3-5 weeks from mid-july to maybe all of august. I am planning on
heading north to Mt. Rushmore then heading west to Yellowstone then down to CO. Any tips on things to make sure I see
along the way. Might be taking family on some of it or all of it. Plan is take the 200.

If you go to SW CO i can give you lots of GPS tracks that you can do easily in the 200.

Probably fine for solo tenting if you are not in a hurry.

They need to redesign the setup rigging to be easier and quicker - lot of missed opportunities for quick release buckles and stitched loops for rainfly attachment. Did you watch the videos for setup and balancing/equalizing? Ridiculous.
