Here is a shot of one of the wings in current production to show a close up on finish quality . Also I might Start offering just the center section as well for those looking to build their own but want a solid starting point. I've had a couple requests come in for this. Message me if your interested. Probably two versions. One with recovery pockets and one with standard clevis mounts.
And I may have a 100 series sooner than I thought. Working on a deal right now.

I'll post up a pic of one of the completed bumpers when it's done. One of them is going to have a pair of Rigid d2's cut into the wings. And I've gotten a few pic requests of a bumper with lights cut in. But I haven't done that yet on my 8o bumpers.

Thanks
Rich

Seriously awesome work. I currently just rock a winch plate over the frame rails, with the hopes of boxing it in better. What are you looking at for a price point for just the center section with the shackle mounts?

Hey Rich - I can drop off my 100 series any time - pic below - 603 913 4422

I may be getting this for free! But if it falls through I'll definitely be calling you when I'm ready to build 100 series goods.I'm not ready yet but can't pass up this potential deal. although my driveway is starting to look like a used Toyota lot between my wife's rav4 and my 4runner, 80,60 and now maybe a 100. Lol. Your 100 looks real clean by the way.

Thanks Rich - it's aged a bit since the picture but it's quite solid. I removed the running boards a while back. We have the same problem - my driveway is getting crowded, and I'm about to pick up my brothers 2013 Jetta TDI - he starts a thru-hike of the Appalachian trail in a week, so I'll have one more vehicle to drive (and park!) this summer. Where in mass are you? Would love to stop by and say hi sometime..

Thanks for the kind words. And not sure yet on the price for the center sections. Haven't had a chance to decide how I want to do the clevis setup. Just been working on finishing up the current run of fronts so I can finally get going on the rear of the truck.

That's awesome about the thru-hike. I'm in Framingham. We should set something up with some other local murders. Mud night. Meet up for Beers, aps and fun. Hmmm.... might be on to something here..

Here's another just about ready to ship out to Texas. These new bumpers are coming out clean. Looks almost like 1 piece of metal. I'll have pics of what one looks like with rigid d2's mounted in the wings soon as well, that one's headed to California.
And I also should find out about the 100 series by this weekend. Not that I have time to start working on it yet. Lol

And one last part before I turn in for the night. Here is a quick bracket I made for a gentleman in California that sent me a dxf file of a bracket he designed to hold an auxiliary fuse block under the hood of his 80. If you have a bracket or idea you need help bringing to life drop me a pm.
Thanks
Rich

Beautiful work! Wish you weren't on the opposite coast.

Wow, those welds are total porn!

Do you have any more pics of your expo style bumper...I may need to get one.

Also - will send you a PM about a bracket.

I think I have some more pics of that bumper. What are you looking for? And I just got your message about the bracket. I'll get back to you tomorrow. thanks for your support.

Here are some pics of another bumper that's headed to California. It's almost complete as well. This is the first one to get lights cut into the wings. These are rigid d2's. Due to the angle of the wings and not wanting to loose any of the light spread I decided to push them out and not sink them in as most others are. The customer loves it and here is how they look. Can't wait to get them welded and together.
