Correct power steering fluid/ 99 LC (1 Viewer)

Aloha! I’ve recently started to notice a little bit of noise from my front end when turning the steering wheel upon startup. I went ahead and checked the power steering fluid level and it’s extremely low and the reservoir is very dirty. My question is what is the best fluid to use to refill it until I can get it to the mechanic for a flush. Thanks in advance

Automatic transmission fluid (ATF) is the fluid used for the power steering system.

For your year I’d imagine a dex 3 compatible ATF fluid would be it. Even better if it’s synthetic ATF
