Correct Engine Color

Have a quick question. What is the correct engine color for the F135? Most of the restorations I have seen (Foxfab's for example) has the color as black. I have seen others that have the engine painted a strange light blue/green color. That is what mine was and I have seen some picks of others that color.

I was planning on painting it black. Whatcha think?

I have seen on some of the early 40 lit. that the engine appeared to be maybe an orangish color........... hard to say with out the lit. in front on me, but it was def. not black in those early ads.......... could it have been a factory color or was it just for advertising

I've seen the ads, but never a motor that color. The early lit was all retouched / colored.......................judging by the red belt my guess is that was colored.
