Correct bulb for tail light, brake light (1 Viewer)

I replaced all 4 bulbs for the tail lights and brake lights 3 months ago. They are all out again. Just want to make sure I am using the correct builds before I dig deeper. What is the correct bulb?

Brake/tail is 1157
reverse is 1156
turn signal 1156

This info is available if you search "automotive bulb finder" on the internets.

Above is right. Basically I played dumb and walked into autozone and asked for bulbs.

As to what was really wrong is the rear light harnesses are bad. I ordered new ones and have a different thread started to discuss it.
