Posting this thread with the chance of sounding like an idiot. I've got a coolant leak on my 1991 right now that only happens on two conditions-
1) The car has been turned off for at least 5 minutes
2) My coolant overflow bottle has coolant in it
I attached a video below, and obviously this hose needs to be replaced, but thinking it could potentially be the water pump leaking too? I can't really see where it's coming from except a general area. I'm hung up because I don't know why i'm only getting a leak with those two conditions. I'm not having any overheating or anything, but i'm tired of dumping coolant every time I park it. I would just think that if the water pump was leaking, it would be doing it all the time, not just when my coolant overflow is filled and the car is off.
