I have been working on the truck for a few weeks now. Last night I walked by and saw fluid drIp (just a couple of drops) start coming out from underneath.

This morning, there was a puddle. Very odd. I thought it was maybe water releasing from the channels or something.

When I touched it, I realized it was coolant. Then saw it coming from several places underneath.

What on earth??????? Any ideas?

sure just drop the transmission and exhaust and the heat shields and its a cake walk. or if your an contortionist its only 2 bannannas

Another potential way is to plug the lines from the firewall. I have seen posts on how to do it on the 80 forum, never done it myself. The rear heater is not useful anyway, I think it’s there as an addition from the marketing dept

Found it, this kit deletes the coolant from moving to the rear. You can leave the lines as you will not be sending coolant to it.
