hope the little man gets better. keep us posted.Sammy update: Sam had a little bit of a ruff night last night. He did get some good sleep this morning. Placed a ng tube for some grub, fever still up and down so the started antibiotic. Blood gases still good and no change in chest X-rays. He did wake up some this afternoon and was more alert. Fingers crossed that he has a good night tonight and his o2 sat stays high. Thanks for all Y'all's support.

None of these yahoos know how to fly, just like I don't know how to wrench.
So after watching Flight could you fly a DC9/MD80 upside down. Those things are such POS they hardly fly right side up.
Probably Wayne Rhodes. 76 I think.

Not sure i havent seen movie but there is a saying in the industry.
Boeing builds airplanes, McDonald Douglas builds character.
I haven't seen the movie either, but judging by Alaska Airlines #261:
No...No, you can't fly an MD83/DC-9 upside down.
Sam update. Well we went to step down ICU yesterday morning. He was doing good till that afternoon then we started having trouble. Had a rough night and this morning moved back to ICU. We will most likely be here for a bit. Thanks for the thought and prayers.
We will be praying for Sam, his doctors and caretakers, and his family.
If you need anything, let me know. I'm in Midtown on Poplar and all of fife minutes from LeBonheur. I can bring something to you, or if you needed a quiet place to crash for a few minutes that's close by, we have spare bedrooms.
