I thought about picking up a goat or pig, but wasn't sure how you'd react to me killing an animal in your back yard.
Next time ill try to bring deer/elk.

Ill prob bring 5lbs of cross cut beef ribs. Does anyone have any food allergies? Ill make some plain ones just in case.

Just to let everyone know Sam is planning on bringing some beef ribs and we're also going to be grilling some chicken.

For some reason my wife keeps reminding me that all people do not eat red meat. She also says too much isn't good for you either.

I can't bring myself to believe that

Hey, I'm bringing a vegetarian wife. I would make it a national holiday if she started grilling chicken.

My son's wife was a vegetarian when they met. She would only eat seafood, Josh got her to eat chicken. Since they moved to CO she has gotten tired of chicken and they have no good fresh seafood supply so she has started to eat red meat.
Maybe you need to try taking her out west for a while

are they the type that eat chicken or the type that doesn't eat anything with a face. I'd like to make sure everyone is taken care of.

Dave is probably talking about Angelle and I. We don't eat anything with a face. But we'll be bringing some sort of veggie friendly dish and some Pizzeles (Italian cookies).

I saw a carrot that looked like Abe Lincoln once. Does that count? Glad to hear you'll definitely be there!!!

Elaine has a veggie tray already made up that she didn't tell me about.

Thanks for hosting the party, Tom! It was a great time.

X4, had a good time with all of my Cruiser friends.

Who's hosting next years?

Chris

X6! Thanks Tom and Elaine for hosting such a fantastic party. I appreciate how much work goes into these things. I was glad to reconnect with fellow cruiserheads who, by definition, are a great group of folks.

Thanks, Tom and Elaine for hosting a great get-together! It was fantastic to meet more TLC enthusiasts and peek around under the hood on the 40s. You have a beautiful place and I appreciate you inviting us over for the day.

Just want to let everyone know that it was our pleasure to host the cookout. Elaine & I both had a great time. It was nice seeing the young ones having a good time and the pyrotechnics at the close of the festivities was great.

Elaine grilled me on who was there and we had a total of 43.

Thanks again to everyone for coming and making this a fun time :bounce::bounce2:

... and the pyrotechnics at the close of the festivities was great.

Ahh... I was going to ask about the Mickey's. Sorry I missed out. How did you all end up igniting them? I assume a proper containment vessel was used...
