I finally got the verdict from the turbo workshop. They said the bearing failure was due to high operating temps. No oil, no dust issue. Seems strange cuz I ran my pyro religiously below 550 pre-turbo. It lasted only about 40km on a new 1HZ engine 2015 model. What gives? Any ideas what I can do to keep the rebuild from failing in the same way?

It's a low boost small Garret water and oil cooled. AXT kit.

Rebuild costs about 300$...so I figured that's better than buying a new one till I figure out what the problem is with the engine...or whatever may be the problem.

Does the oil feed line feed from the vacuum pump? I have seen alot of people share this oil pressure line but I have always thought it was a bad idea.
