I have a Holley 770 Truck Avenger carburetor. I want to convert the electric choke to a manual. I got the conversion kit from summit, but there is no diagram and the instructions reference parts I've never heard of and very skimpy to boot. Can anyone help?

I feel your pain, I also had a Holly choke conversion kit and their instruction sheet was "ziltch helpful info"- - -I finally didn't do the conversion, would have helped if I had another carb to compare with. Sorry I can't help.

That was my thought too. I think of Jim as 'the Holley guy'.

There's got to be a webpage for this out there somewhere. @thebigredrocker has got super-dooper sleuthing skills when it comes to finding out Landcruiser lore. Perhaps he will share a search tip with you.;)

Very cool Mark! I'm not surprised you found those considering some of the other stuff I've seen you pull up. You help balance out some of the others who don't seem to even try. (No reflection on the OP intended)

There is a difference between giving a man a fish and teaching a man to fish. If you'd care to share some of your technique, I for one would appreciate it. And I think maybe we should have a 'search for dummies' FAQ.
