Console cup holder - need something to hold the cup better

I'be been looking for quite some time without success for some sort of insert that I can put in the cup holder to grip the cup better. The problem is that the opening for the cup on the console is too large, and my cups always fall over.
See the attached picture.

My wife's mini van has something close to what I'm looking for, kind of like a rubberized bubble system in the cup holder that holds it solidly.
Does anyone know of an aftermarket system for cupholders that will do what I'm talking about?

are you sayiong your missing the adjustable insert that came with the truck?

That's the oem holder with insert. You can move the insert wing thingy on the left side more toward the left...if it's at maximum left-wise, I'd find a differenct cup.

Or maybe shim the cup...piece of innertube, maybe??

Yep they are out there but I know at least on ebay they've lost their minds. $70 worth of lost their minds for each one!!!

I've looked off and on for a couple of years and really haven't seen anything reasonable as far as that part goes.
