Crawl control went to 5 speeds(up from 3) and turn assist was also added in 2013! No real game changers from 2011 to 2013 in my opinion...
Considering a 200. What year is the sweet spot?

I don't use the Nav on my 2013, I use google maps instead. The audio interface isn't great, but it is usable.
My 2013 has four cameras - front, rear, and one in each side mirror. The camera system is awesome and tremendously helpful when parking this beast.

That's the single feature I'd love to have on my 08... -The forward and side cameras...which would be great in the boonies when I'm alone and without a spotter in the rocky stuff. Would be great to be able to SEE the blind spots in front and sides...
QUESTION:
Anyone know if front camera can be ADDED to an 08 with existing head unit??

Where I grew up in South America...where you often had to cross "bridges" that were basically two heavy boards under each tire...with nothing between or outside them...cameras would be cool. 
To answer your question...The sweet spot is 2008-2016 except for 2012 YMMV

I need to reword my question slightly.
In both my 2005 LX470 and my current 07 Sequoia Ltd, the Nav/Audio is clunky, the graphics are poor, and it looks like it's a 15 year old interface, epecially compared to the huge touchscreen 8.4AN in my 2015 Ram Laramie, which is hands-down the best Nav/Audio interface I've ever used.
We don't ever use the Nav in "her vehicle", and we could live without Bluetooth (which can be done via adapter, it appears), but we use the radio/Satellite/Rear DVD/Climate all the time, and I hate spending $50k on a vehicle where the interface feels super outdated when I simply want to change radio stations or change the temp. On the Sequoia, at least, the touch screen has to be pressed very deliberately and hard, and if I drove it every day it would annoy me.
Looking at pics online, it's hard to really see the difference between the 2011 and 2013 systems. Does anyone have better photos, input, or thoughts???
Other than HID headlamps and some options becoming standard, what else changed for 2013?

The sweet spot is probably a 2016, particularly if you want a better to use infotainment system. My 2015's is pretty bad...
It's definitely my one big disappointment on the truck, especially considering the price to play. Our 2015 Sienna has the Entune system and I personally think that's among the best systems out there (it's almost identical to the one in my 2015 Lexus.)
2015 has radar cruise control and the 360 cameras, and those are some very useful tech. I use the radar cruise whenever I'm in the highway and it works well.

my wife's '11 LX has heated/cooled seats, BT phone&audio, 3 cameras (front, right mirror, reverse). i'm pretty sure that stuff was standard. i think our extras were the cool box and rear entertainment. i've never really felt that the nav systems of any of our cars was really that great. i'd rather skip the cost and have a cutout for an iPad mini to stick in the hole to be able to run whatever map app i wanted.
