Thanks for the correction. That's what I get for trying to read the fine print on a phone. Rickman goes back farther than the 60's!
 
I think about how many cars were/are destroyed in TV and movies, Dukes of Hazard and Christine both come to mind

I have numerous ads for the Con-Ferr business in L.A. I got to thinking about the V8 conversions in the 60's/70's for the FJ40's that Con-Ferr sold. Were there any identifying tags, stampings etc that would indicate the conversion was done by them?

There was an identifying tag. I saw it many, many years ago on one of the Chevota conversions. The owner was very proud of it.
I didn’t see one again for many years, but I ended up with a couple of them when Pete sold the business. I’m reasonably sure I posted a pic of it in Greg’s thread when he started the diamond rack business with Mr. Ferro, the other half of ConFerr.

They went on the lower cowl, just below the kick vent.
