Ok, the title is a "tad" embellishing! :D :D :D

A friend of mines pops is the president of the "Early Ford V8 Club" efv8 - Home

Each year they hold a scavenger hunt/rally fun race/drive through Coronado Island in San Diego (where most of the members live).

This year i was invited along as a navigator for my friend Mike (son of the pres). We changed things up a bit and used his moms 1949 Renault instead of an old Ford V8, but had a blast nonetheless.

Great people, amazing cars, tons of fun! Here are some pics!

Very cool, I have never heard of this event. Funny how Coronado is kind of a world of it's own.....

Not an official event, just a group of friends having a good time.

I would estimate 15-20 cars/trucks maybe. Super low key!

I can't believe you even fit in that car!

I didnt really! :D

I dig the youngest navigator's hat. ;)

Funny thing was, i dont even really know who the hell that kid was!

He was a little too young for me to do the standard "Yankees Suck" chant! :D

Careful remember what happened the last time you tried to insult a team and root for our "nemesis". :flipoff2:

Ha! True True!

Betting against the Yankees now is EASY MONEY though.

Their egos are so over inflated that i heard a New York City Little League team just beat them 4-0 in a scrimmage.

I will however admit to 2 things that most sox fans shouldnt:

-Derek Jeter is one of the best shortstops ever
-Roger Clemens was my childhood hero!

Carry On! :flipoff2:

As much as I hate to admit it that is actually a little funny.

I couldn't agree more.
