Does anyone know what colors were offered stock between 93 and 97 on the 80 here in the states? ???
a few years had ballless blue
the 40th's had manly sage
that's all I know of, but I never paid attention to color.
Ignore the AFM.
Moonglow Pearl with Gray or Oak interior
Super White with Gray or Oak interior
Medium Red Pearl with Oak interior
Nightshadow Pearl with Gray or Oak interior
Dark Emerald Pearl with Gray or Oak interior
Black with Gray or Oak interior
Two-Tone Desert Dune Metallic/Gray Metallic with Gray or Oak interior
Two-Tone Dark Emerald Pearl/Gray Metallic with Gray interior
Sage (1997 40th Anniversary only)
Maybe someone else can fill in any colors that were offered in other years but not in 1997.
Mine's a '97 CE and is Desert Dune (an acronym for metalic beige). But I don't think it's two-tone, just solid color unless you count that moulding strip that runs down the length.
20R RED/SILVER (181,3H4)
6M1 (PERSONAL FAVORITE : ) A STUNNING GREEN PEARL
202 BASIC BLACK
1B2 SAGE( 40TH)
1A5 DESERT DUNE
I've got a 96 with what i call a gunmetal blue/grey. Which one is that on the list?
"It must have been moonglow......."
White sticker, inside edge, drivers door, lower LH corner "C/TR"
first three digits....... :G (2nd 4 are interior trim code)
Yes Dan your right, 1A6. Glad it wasn't one of those genitalia colors, ballless blue or sackless sage :G
Glad to assist. Um, what about the "moon" part?:ugh:
The "moonglow" colors came with the Barry Manilow CD collection...
Has anyone seen black with grey interior? Mine and all other black ones I've seen have oak interior...
It was listed in the sales brochue as such. Don't remember seeing one........
I bet "Copacabana" is your fave, isn't it? :
"Music and fashion were always the passion......." or was it passion and fashion? -H-?
Singing Barry is a great way to keep an adventure race team awake after running/biking etc. for forty hours....
"O Mandy, you came and you gave without taking...."
Neil Diamond works well too.
LMFAO, the mangina got past me
Dan, you are never ending source of useful info. I have just found out my truck is grey not blue! I am curious though: is your pearl green truck the dark green? The photo you posted on another thread looks a little lighter plus the beige moldings are new to me.
The mouldings are grey. They are the same ones found on 40th's and collector's editions. (or the parts catalog :G ) It is dark green.
Um,....can you adjust the tint on your monitor? :dunno:
Yes, I am in fact, loaded with worthless facts. My wife refuses to play Trivial Pursuit with me. :tear:
That's a great idea for a new board game. Landcruiser Trivial Pursuit...
AND THE WINNER IS............................... :G
Black with grey leather here. No gold emblem crap either. Sadly, no factory lockers, but Ben @ Slee is sending me a package as I write this to correct that problem.
It took a little while to find a black one with grey interior, all the black ones I'd seen other than mine had tan interiors.
