Not at all.

I wish...'Cuz that would mean I at least HAD a supercharger :)

Of course in CO not everwhere requires emissions testing, just select counties in and around the Denver metro area.

The supercharger is legal in all 50 states and does not require any additional vehicle systems modifications.

No problem in CA as well which has very strict emission law.

usually most superchargers that come from a reputable company usually have better than factory emissions after installation. thats been my experience. but in California, they don't like it unless it has the C.A.R.B. certified sticker or data plate on it.

They are the San Diego Super Chargers. Also known as the Bolts!

Yep; I can't get my beasty to pass NOx. Its in sick bay at Stevenson rite now. Put a new exhaust system on and that didn't do it. Techs said they are going to adjust intake fuel etc and see if that will do the job.

Wish me luck. I will be pissed if I have to remove my SC.

guess there's one good thing about N. Dallas. i only have to do safety inspection since she's now 25 yrs old. i love the younger women.

It has been a while since I lived in CO and had to be tested but I thought there was a clause that allowed you to get an exemption for a test cycle if you spent a certain amount of money trying to pass the test. Seems like a new exhaust might be enough $ to qualify.

Yea,
Ur rite about the wavier capability. I put the new exhaust on because the cruiser deserves a new shiny exhaust and stuff. It still didn't pass NOx; I think something else is wrong; hope the techs at Stevenson can figure it out. I don't want the waiver cause there are lots of LC's here in the Denver area with SC and they all pass emissions.

David, did they change out the O2 sensors first, Did they replace the Cat's(you are a little vague), or just some pipe and muffler?
Tell us more?

I knew of two people that could not pass the new Nox standard with a supercharged 80....As far as I know, one of them got it squeaked by.
