Colorado expo recommendations.

So I'm picking up a friends expo prepped 80 in Denver at the end of June. The truck is fully self supported. Tent, fridge , 35s, lockers, winch etc.

My question is, If you had an 80 for a week to use anywhere within driving distance of Denver, where would you go?

Will be difficult to say... I'd say head to the Ouray/Telluride area but a lot of the high passes wont be open by late June but who knows it could get real hot and melt everything Map of Colorado Trailheads is a great resource and so is Bushducks - Jeep Trail and Backroads Trip Reports<BR>Colorado Jeep Trails and Passes - Opening Dates

A lot would depend on your comfort level and experience. With that said there is a ton of stuff close to entertain all levels of comfort and experience.

I wouldn't go on toll road 15 mins will cost you 25 dollars ... and they will bill your friend months later..
