It was cold out there at Sonic, but I was good to see everyone

Oh yeah, this is a newb question. What is 285/75 16R read out to be? 32 or 33, or in between?

Matt

I'm in the same boat as Ghen no money. JP just wanted to go play in the snow in pisgah national forest. So ask him how cold it was.

So when I do get my lift on the 62, I won't be running 33's? Oh how :frown: :frown: :frown: :frown: :frown: , At least I can start saving up for 34's or 35's.

Oh yeah I think I'm going to go with the Dakar lift and 2.5 inch shackles, David at urban said that would get me about 4 inches. Anyone know of a better way?

285-75 is basically as close as you are going to get to a 33" tire, i think they are 32.8" but that is larger than a lot of tires marked as 33"s.

Gehn,

So you are saying that I can fudge it a bit and say that I'm running 33's? :D

Yeah I drove off not realizing my headlights wern't on. Well they we on but not working. Finally got flashed by enough people that I figured it out and pulled over. I just grabbed the fuse block wiring and shook it and it came on along with my radio. Looks like I've got some trouble shooting to do. It was good to meet everyone.

You can also get 295's I think Mike use to run them on his 80, Did you pick up 16's for yours? I'm putting a set of 305's on my lx.

I've got a 2.5 inch lift on my 60 and I am running 33x9.5 BFGs. No rubbing and they are wearing beautifully.
