The tow truck driver that has been hauling Rob's junk around just bought a Cherokee, looking to put a lift, bumpers and waste money on it.
Wanted to know if he could wheel with us, I said no, then he said he has a tube bender, plasma cutter,,, now he's my buddy! He's going to try to make it to the next Sonic meet.
Rob's truck came home from Scott Toyota body shop today with a $14K estimate! Don't know how it's going to shake out, depending on what State Farm has to say it's probably going to get fixed, less some of the quoted items, like the $1600.00 headliner and $800.00 roof rack!
I saw it for the first time sense Saturday, not as bad as I remembered. The ARB bumper saved his bacon, only a couple of dents in the hood and fender, without the bumper they would have been junk. Going to need a drivers door with glass and mirror, roof assembly, windshield, left quarter panel and a bunch of paint and trim parts.
