Has any company other than Warn built coil conversions for the 40?
What happened to the two prototype Warn rigs?
Anyone seen good quality (OEM look) conversions?

I'm not looking for rockcrawler stuff here, I'm looking for minimal custom work. How much can I buy off the shelf, maybe TJ stuff, and get it to work on a 40?

Gumby used OEM Toyota springs on his 40, very very cool.  There is not much at all you can buy of the shelf and bolt or weld on.  Good shops could do this for you.  I'm guessing you are doing the coil springover to improve street ride since you said "not rockcrawler stuff"?  Check the tech section.
EDIT: scratch that I didn't see anything coil spring related on the tech. Gumby, Woody? We need a writeup!
