Anybody have any suggestions on pressure output of the regulator I should try for mig welding with CO2. I'm gonna use my OBA setup.

I'm using a Miller 211 on 110v I just need a little more penetration till I get the 220v outlet hooked up. I don't want to use flux core wire or buy a flowmeter regulator.

The pressure would depend on the size of the orifice that is limiting the flow. Best way is to measure the volume. Get a 1 liter soda bottle and fill it with water and invert in in a tub. Put a hose on the end of your torch and put the other end of the hose in the bottle and start the gas flow. Shoot for filling the bottle in 6 seconds which would give you 10 Liters per minute. I use this way to set the flow on my TIG torch and it is very accurate.
