It's our 10th Annual CMCC and I hope you all will be there this year despite the less-than-optimal economy. WIth that in mind we have structured the fees a little differently this time around: wheeling fees get paid directly to Rausch Creek Off-Road Park JUST FOR THE DAYS THAT YOU WHEEL. So for those of you that can't wheel with us all three days you won't be paying for the full ride. If you do wheel all three days things are just about where they were last year.

On a related note if you "joined" Rausch last year at CMCC and got a card it should still be valid this year (Coal Mine is a few days earlier this year) - saving a few more bucks for you too.

I would like to schedule a couple of "special events" during CMCC this year. If you have anything you could offer I'd love to hear from you directly. If you have skills that might be of interest and want to do a presentation... If you have a product that you want to demonstrate... If you have any sort of a 4x4 related presentation... I'd like to hear about it. I'm open to thoughts and ideas.

Thanks for all of your support for Gotham and CMCC over the years. I'm looking forward to one more great event this time too.

Mark

Looks like I am gonna make it to Coal Miner's this year. It will be my first time @ Rausch Creek. Where is everyone staying? Camping @ Rausch or @ Echo Valley? When will everyone be headed up? Wanna meet somewhere and caravan?

So what's the word, anyone else going?

I'll be there with Matt and Brother Burl is planning to attend as long as it's "shirts optional".

Shirts? you don't need no stinkin' shirts! Bring it on!

I'm going

That's more like it. Do people usually split/share campsites? I'm going alone and wouldn't mind having some folks to camp with.

You pay by the head for the pleasure of camping in the Pavillion. You can also rent a separate tent site which you could share, but you'll have to check with EV to see if more than 1 tent is allowed per site.

I only snuggle with you Dave!

I know Bob likes to snuggle.

Just so long as he doesn't back up into the new front bumper:flipoff2:

Just kidding, couldn't help myself.

I'm IN, not with my own ride I'll be hitchen a ride with Brother Burl.

Were is every one staying Echo, Rouse, Pavilion some place I don't even know about yet.

Most everyone I spoke with at the swap meet is staying at EV.

Just talked to Judy @ EV. I'm tenting by the pavillion!

Can raffle tickets be bought on site, or do I have to do that when I send in the application?

...application/registration in the mail.

I will headup Thursday sometime after noon.

On site is fine... or, to be safe: do both!
